MANUFACTURE AND QC

Components are all manufactured in-house by our sister company HPC Services  using their cutting-edge Sliding Head Lathe CNC Machines.

We also have our own Quality Control department to ensure each and every part meet our expert standards which operates our FPC (Factory process control) under LPS 1283.

TESTING AND ASSEMBLY

DualMIST Ltd has a dedicating team of assemblers meticulously putting together the 17 various components that make up our nozzles.

​

In order to retain our high approval standards the assembly team are also responsible for the various stages of testing.  This includes the Cull Testing of each bulb we use as well as Leak Testing at 24-bar pressure once the nozzles are fully assembled. 

DISTRIBUTION

All products are packed and distributed from Dualmist Ltd and delivered by ourselves or a dedicated courier service depending on location.

The nozzles are packaged in cardboard grids before being placed in specially designed boxes of normally 30 units.  This ensures the safe delivery of nozzles eliminating the risk of damage.
